New Civilian Ships with the Shipyard

Given the wealth of civilian ships available, and some scenario ideas I'm cooking up, it would be nice to be able to select Civilian ships in the MVM shipyard, add new hardpoint types, &c.

I'm sure this is do-able for someone with good Excel-Fu, but mine is weak. Can anyone tell me where to find the relevent areas of the spreadsheat to enable "Civilian" as a fleet type in the template, and where to add new hardpoint types?

As for modding the builder I have done it but if your not good with excel it can be a bit of a mission, I wouldn't begin to know how to explain the process if I couldn't lean over your shoulder and walk you through it.
