I have been painting the ships for Yellow Sea, which myself and some friends will be putting on at this years Naval Wargames show at the Explosive Museum in Gosport UK. www.explosion.org.uk/I bought the models from WTJ store, excellent models; clean, well cast and a joy to paint. The Japanese are all a mid grey with black tops to funnels. The Russians are a black grey, ochre funnels and a red black on the top of the OBBs main turrets. www.wtj.com/store/ Later this year I will order the additional ships so we can do Tsushima next year. We will of course be using RoTB rules, each ship profile is printed on A4 (1 ship per page) and laminated so they can be reused. Lance has done a QR for the rules. Painting area Japanese Russians, the blank plate is for Askold The compass is from the wifes crafting stock, makes a change as she keeps pinching my paints for one project or another. I'll post pictures of the game once we have had a trail run.

I agree. Those are nicely done! I love the ships that WTJ have. They are great quality. Most of my Japanese and Russians are Navwar.
Thanks,
John
