Lucky Hits Interpretation

Hello to everyone

I have a question about lucky hits rule from the rulebook. Is this correct that I need to roll EXACTLY the followed by the 10 roll number on the dice or do I need to simply roll e.g. for a 11 die roll needed - 6+, 12 die roll needed - 8+ etc...

You have to roll the stated number or higher.
