I've been play testing a scenario I am creating (soon to post) for the Battle of Midway and how to conduct this battle with the NT rule set. I made two air bases and I had to add values to them. Here is what I came up with for the most balance. Big Base: Hull=75, FO=5, SAV=5, Hit=6+, AA=15. Little Base: Hull=50, FO=4, SAV=5, Hit=6+, AA=10. Damage can only come from Dive Bombers, Level Bombers and Strafe. Every Critical hit= damage and -1 FO. Non-Crit hits -1 AA

What about shelling them?

Critical Hits by shells still counts as gunfire....just like dropped bombs. So same rules would apply. But I may have to buff the stats a little more after last nights trial.
