Looks like the only problem might be stacking them No they fit perfect, bad camera angle the masts are just below the top.

Just as a matter of interest, how many trays fit into the bags? On average, how many miniatures?

Just as a matter of interest, how many trays fit into the bags? On average, how many miniatures? All depends. There are different styles of bags as well as thickness of trays from 1"-4". The trays are fully customizable as well for the minis you are storing. Up to now I have only used 3 trays for my WWI and RWJ ships. Probably will only use one more. Since none of the minis are over 1" tall that is about 5" of space in a bag. This is my bag with WoW in it: I think my bag will hold 12-14". Here is another style: There are others bigger and I think one smaller. Have nice pockets on front for accessories, rules etc. HTH,

Magnetic strip is the best way I have found. Agreed. Also works well for Brigade's Aeronef models.

Here is an update. My 1/2400 fleets have grown considerably since I started this thread thanks to Naval Thunder. As I already have WWII covered with my War at Sea collection of 1/1800 models I do not see my 1/2400 collection growing much unless I decide to eplore some other WWI engagements including Jutland. Here is what I have done so far using the Sabol Designs Battle foam and Army Transporter system. Since I use metal bases for all my ships I lined the trays magnetic sheets which keeps the ships firmly in place while in the trays and during transport. I am currently using 1" trays and I am careful to ensure all masts stay at the 1" height or under so they can still stack as designed. Once stacked the trays slide into the Army Transporter MKII bag.
