Your post on the other page and this one suggests that Fox doesn't have all his miniatures listed on his website?

That's correct. Fox (Jim) carries/carried Ravenstar (Chris) models which are off the market until/if he gets a license for them. However, Chris sold most/all his remaining stuff to Jim so he would be able to tell you what he has still. I guess this isn't up here: foxminiatures.com/e-mail him for price and ship list.

I'm looking to start building up a small selection of BSG ships. In terms of capital ships, I'm not feeling too ambitious--2 to 4 per side will be enough for me--but I want to be able to host a swarm of fighters. In terms of quality and price, who makes the best fighters for someone looking to have a ton of fighters on a budget?
I'd like to have Mk II's, Mk VII's, Raptors, Raiders, and Heavy Raiders at some point in the near future. And possibly the old Raiders, too.

You can buy the fleet scale fighters from Studio Bergstrom. Those would be my choice. Even at 3/base its still cheaper (I think) than the 1" scale ones, and it will look better next to your capital ships. studiobergstrom.com/

Thanks for the recommendation: those fighters look great.
On a related note, which MvM ship would best represent the Pegasus? Or the Valkyrie, since it seems to be a sleeker, almost stealthy design and its mission in the show implied as much.

Both ships are modern in MvM with the Pegasus represented by the Parthenon design and the Valkyrie by the Atropos. Fox has a new Pegasus design which fits the 884 ton Parthenon much better and Ravenstar just release a new Valkyrie MK 2 which looks more like the ships shown in BSG Razor .
Drew's fighters are very nice, much better than his pictures show. Fox also makes nice fighters, but they are larger than Drew's.

How would you represent a Longbow?

How would you represent a Longbow? Ravenstar/Fox has a longbow model? Is that what you mean?

Yup, I plan on picking one up.I like the look of it. I also would like info on where to find info on fleet composition/makeup for both sides. I love the genre and aim on making some decent fleets.

there is no canon OOB or TOE for either side. ANd there isnt much to go on from the inspirational material. My solution was to buy the ships I liked and stat them out then organize an OOB based on the conventional organization of fleets ( both wet navy from ww2 which has a lot of paralells) and a lot of imaginary Star-Fleets, keeping in mind that you will need Cruisers and line-of-battle units to protect the Battlecarriers and Destroyers/frigates/corvettes to escort the convoys, patrol the spacelanes and perform all the unglorious work that the larger ships are too valuable and scarce for, also I figure a Carrier group will have between 1 and 5 Heavy, Medium or Light Battlecarriers ( the larger the battlecarriers the fewer in the Battlegroup), an equal number of cruisers and or Battleships/Battlecruisers and 3-12 destroyers/frigates/corvettes....the Cyborgs will always have more ships but of equivalent size and types...Cyborg vessels often equate poorly to their human counterparts being missile and fighter launching platforms first and being less well armored, structurally weaker and having rather less in the way of defensive armament.
