Hi everyone,
Just recently bought Battleship Row & BR and bought some GHQ ships for recreating some of the fights down the "Slot".
Still to play game as ships still in dry dock getting painted. But I've read quite a bit of the forum discussion.
It would be useful to have a sticky thread that summarises all the optional rules or revisions or suggested house rules in one place like 10+ to hit DDs rule as it is quite hard to find these.
Cheers, Captain Corcoran

Yeah they are buried away in other discussions and areas but from memory there are only two semi-official rules revisions Harry is intending to introduce. Firstly the 10+ to hit destroyers and possibly 9+ for light cruisers? The second part may only have been suggestions from people. And the second revision is the flat 3" movement for evading. All the other rules suggestions are really only house rules people have considered.
Welcome aboard and enjoy the rules. Guadalcanal gives some great naval fights.

2" cool. I haven't played in a few months and clearly remembered wrong off the top of my head. Besides you know us gamers, always striving for that extra inch. ;D

Hi to all! Got my copy of Battleship Row and Bitter Rivals and pretty thrilled by them But what does Admiralty says about planned official Errata for destroyers, light cruisers under 7000t and evasive actions? Or is it in the state of discussing? Thanks for your answers

Depends on your definition of "official".
Those are all "officially approved" errata and I'd say go ahead and do it if you choose to.
As far as getting the updates made to the books, that will be a while.

Another official piece of errata:
Smoke does not block line of sight. Instead, firing though smoke confers an additional +1 penalty to the target number needed to hit.
