So here's my first crack at the South American Dreadnought ships. I'll be doing another one soon for BR in order to represent the post 1924-26 refit. Rivadavia Class Battleship Battleship 6+ Hull 111 Armour 17 (Armour looks more like the New Yorks than the Wyomings) Speed 5 Main Bty 12" 2 G/T * 2 [FPS] 12" 2 G/T * 1 [FSPA] (or ) 12" 2 G/T * 1 [FPSA] (or ) 12" 2 G/T * 2 [PSA] Second Bty 6" @ 1 G/T [5P, 5S, 2F] 4" @ 1 G/T [2F, 2A, 1 FPS, 1 APS, 4P, 4S] Torps 21" (14) 1P, 1S
Guns 12" Guns, 12"/24"/36" Pen 9 Dam 6 ( I used the 12" guns from the Wyoming since they were essentially the same thing except for the breach block, and I'm assuming that the shells would be grossly equivalent at this level of detail.) 6" Guns, 6"/12"18" Pen 3 Dam 3 ( I used the 6" from the Memphis Class) 4" Guns, 4"/8"/12" Pen 1 Dam 2 (I used the 4" from the Cassin class Destroyers)
One thing that is bothering me on how to stat this ship is the wing turrets. According to Conway's these ships were able to, on paper, fire 180 degrees on their broadside and 100 degrees across the beam. However it was never done during practice exercises because of excess collateral damage. But there is a difference between peacetime safety measures and wartime expediency. Any thoughts?

I think that the Latorre had a smaller standard displacement and a larger full load than the Rivadiavia. And not to mention that the Latorre had 14" guns instead of 12's.

All BBs with wing turrets theoretically had cross-beam fire capability (I don't know the exact number of degrees), but have generally been given one end-on arc and one broadside arc in Naval Thunder.
I suggest: 12" 2 G/T * 2 [FPS] 12" 2 G/T * 1 [FS] 12" 2 G/T * 1 [PA] 12" 2 G/T * 2 [PSA]

Yes, I never "enabled" cross deck fire in NT because of the blast effects. I have substantial information that says it was never done.
However, I've been debated on this point before. If you want to do it, I'd say just give ships designed to allow for that the central 45 degrees of of opposite side arc.
