Hi all.
I'm new to the game, so maybe I mised it in the rules, but there doesn't seem to be an explanation of the "Caught at Anchor" special rule in the Operation Catapult scenario.
Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't seen that either. I guess the French simply have to start with a speed of zero? Confirmation would be appreciated.

OK, so this was posted 6 years ago and no reply yet..! Pity, the game is great but I can't say the same about the support it's given.

The boards have pretty much died for the most part which is sad cause the game is very fun and cool to play.

Agreed about the board status. NT is still our "go to" game system for 1905-1945 but it is sad to see it apparently abandoned.
For whatever it's worth, when I ran Mers-el-Kebir way back there, I had the French BBs dice for getting underway. A d3 in effect, so no move the first turn, then they are moving no later than turn 4.
