Like the camo on the Ellet.
Where did you get info on the paint schemes?

Information on paint schemes and camouflage came from: US Navy Camouflage WW2 - sadly just USN but very useful as it specifies what scheme was on a ship and when. I have copies of the Osprey books on IJN & USN battleships, cruisers and destroyers which are helpful. Plus this model page has some good ships: Model Ships GalleryThe IJN ships are much easier to paint as they did not have a whole variety of schemes, you just need to know which shipyard a ship was built in or last had a major re-fit in to get the right grey shade to use. You can find out this info from here: Imperial Japanese Navy and look at the Tabular Records of Movement for each ship. Then there is the excellent Vallejo paint reference (I only use Vallejo paints) so you get your colours right: Vallejo WWII Naval Colour EquivalentAs I'm initially only focusing on the IJN & USN forces at the moment there is enough here to get the most accurate paint scheme.
