I was wondering how you use the ship data cards during play. What I mean by that is, do you print out additional ship data cards for each game, do you put the ship data cards in sheet protectors and write on them with dry erase markers or do you do something else?
Since I also play Federation Commander, I am used to 8.5 inch x 5.5 inch ship data cards. I have sheet protectors that are split to accommodate two ship cards.
I copied one of the ship data cards from the windows excel file of card corrections and pasted it to a windows word document. Then I set the size of the card to 8.5 inches x 5.5 inches.
I print the ship data cards on heavy cardstock, cut them to size and place them into the sheet protectors.
I print several copies of certain ships cards as our battle may have 2 acropolis refit ships vs 2 blade ships.

I patse them onto as few sheets as I can and play. So I do print for each game.

Thats why I designed my graphical system, so I can print out 9 ships per page, a new page for each game since its a different mix of ships each game (and often in a compleatly different universe)
