Due to our exposure to Federation Commander, my friend and I like to battle 3 ships vs 3 ships. I wanted to find a way to have three ship cards easily accessible and to use a dry erase marker. I found clear currency holder sheets on ebay. They have three pockets which are 3 1/2 "X 8". They are hole punched so I have a small binder that I put then in. I open up the PDF file of Man vs Machine and use the select tool to copy and paste a ship card to a Microsoft Word document. I right click on the ship card and change the size. I input 8 inches for the width. The length to width ratio for the cards in the PDF adjusts to 3.5 inch x 8 inch almost perfectly. I then print the ship cards on card stock and cut them out. I made two of each ship in case you wanted to have a CA with two CLs. Bubbacleese, my set up might be perfect for those large games you are organizing where each person has three ships. Its very easy to manage. Here is a pic. The three cards on the right are in the currency holder. Its hard to see the currency holder as it is clear.

Yes, they look very good and it does remind me of the old days with Star Fleet Battles. We had 4" three ring binders full of the clear sheets of ships for the grease pencils.
Yesterdays game had 14 players with three ships each. Seven players to a side. It was a real meat grinder, but I'll save the details for the AAR.
