So I heard about this game while poking around on Star Ranger's site and did include it in a list of games I am considering for a B5 conversion.
Already familiar with all of the "official" games published for B5 as well as Starmada and Full Thrust.
Of these, Starmada is my favorite and I had spent a lot of time 5 or 6 years ago working up B5 conversions for Starmada X.
Pluses are the construction system allows significant versatility so I can easily capture a different "feel" for each race mimicking the way they worked on the show.
Minuses are none of the movement systems were that great - Admiralty Edition seems to be a bit clunkier than X and Nova which is simpler might lose some of the variability from the earlier versions.
I prefer gridless but can deal with a hex-based system. I would like a movement system to be somewhat realistic (without going overboard) and to actually remember that it's dealing with spaceships in a frictionless environment. Full Thrust's Vector Movement system is a good example.
So... What are thoughts on how CB might work for me?

Thanks! I did find that after posting this but haven't had a chance to really go through it yet.
