Cool. Sounds like it will be fairly low budget using digital sets but could still be entertaining.

If it works out it could get pick-up. Maybe there would be real sets then?

Doubt it, cheaper to do digital these days. But digital sets can still look really good.

Good stuff. Looks like First War Colonials had Raptors with at least similar capablilties to the later ones. I see: "Raptor's Electronic Countermeasures Officer" "Emergency Disassembly of the F61 Vulcan Missile Deployment Subsystem." Hope we get a better look at those "support ships" that accompany Galactica...

Yea, I wondered about that too. Maybe a older version?

Yea, I wondered about that too. Maybe a older version? Perhaps, but it could be just as effective as the new ones relative to the older Cylon capablility.

So when is this due out or is it already? Looks very promising, I really enjoyed the original BSG as a kid, but did not get into the last serries. I guess I need my cylons to look like cylons.

To be released/shown late this year or early next is the word.

Good news for us space combat junkies.... Thomas Potter - BSG B&C - military advisor, notes they are "Working battle choreography for nine Battlestars via plan consulted with large input from U.S. Naval War College. Stunningly intelligent conflict. Has the pace and rhythm of BSG S4 E1's opening." www.digitalspy.com/forums/showthread.php?p=48573539

I believe that tidbit of information deserves at least a "squee" if not a complete "nerdgasm"
