Had a day away from the office today so in between e-mail and phone calls at home I was able to get my 3 new LCVP Higgins boats painted. These will be used with another game I play, Axis and Allies Minis. I know Bluebear I should have been painting pre-dreads, but these were quicker and on my to do list as well. Overall I am very satisfied with the results. These are the first Battle front (FoW) models I have ever done. Like my Old Glory models these are true 15mm scale(1/100). Prep and ready for priming. They also come with 72 infantry which I opted not to paint as I will use these exculsively with AAM for now. Completed with a couple of marines for scale All three on my newly completed water hexes I was very happy with the detail of these models. They cost a bit more than the Old Glory ones, but you do get some detail for the cost like the rope bumpers on the sides, the MG with vent holes and even AMMO cans complete with rounds. I figure they are sort of Naval, so I would share here as well. Hope you like them.

They were a fun distraction and something I could accomplish in the time I had where as my Pre-dreads will require a bit more time and patience. They are all organized and materials are on hand just waiting for me to have the time.
