So with the release of RotB2 I am not sure what to do for ships. I definately want to stay with the 1/2400 scale as all my other Pre-WWII ships are that scale. Curently I use Panzershiffe and some GHQ. I also have a handful of Viking Forge. Going through the catalogs none of these manufactures offer much beyond the SPAN-AM war ships from the fleets presented in RoTB 2. I did find one more source that seems to specialize in the preriod represented in RotB2...."Molniya". www.molniyafigs.com/ships.htmlAnyone familiar with their product? Not many pics offered on the site. Seem to be maybe a step above Panzerschiffe and on par with Viking Forge from what I can see as the cost is about double Panzerschiffe. If anyone has other ideas as well let me know. TIA, Has anyone ever ordered from

Aaron,
I thought that I'd posted a link to them much earlier. They are metal figures, not resin. And their stated aim is to model Pre-Dreads that are not otherwise available.
I do not personally have any of these -- all I have seen is photos (which look pretty good).

I sent them an e-mail to verify the site is still active. It does not appear that it has been updated since 2008. No response yet. Their inventory would seem to compliment RotB 2 well.

Update:
I did get a response and they are taking orders. Apparently turn around time is about a week if inventory is on hand.
I explained what RoTB2 is and asked if they can update their site with current inventory as the site has not been updated in awhile and mentions a few "coming soon" items.
I think they could be a primary source for us 1/2400 gamers for RotB2 ships as PS only offers a few that I saw in their WWI line.

So, has anyone put together a list of 1/2400 pre-dread models that are available for RotB2?
I started working it, but there is alot of cross referencing to verify I am looking at the right models. Many of Panzerschiffe models are listed under WWI. This is a period I have the least familiarity with unfortunately.
My plan is to add to the Spanish for some hsitorically based what if scenarios. I would also like to build 1 or two other nationalities for what if scenarios. I am thinking Germany and UK as they seem to have the most models available.
We played a great campaign once that pitted the U.S. and Germany vs. UK and Japan.

Remember that many of Japan's capitol ships were built in Britain . . . and there were British naval officers on Japanese ships as observers at Tsushima . . . so an alliance between them makes some sense.
The Germans were apparently thinking of supporting Spain against the US during the Spanish-American War . . . which would have helped even things up in the Philippines.

I have some figs from him from about 2008, nice stuff fairly quick service.
