I received this at work and figured I would share in hopes that it may save someone some headaches. Warning - Fake Bin Laden Video contains malware BLUF: do not click/open any message that appears suspicious or claims to contain a link to videos related to the killing of UBL. Similar messages/links may appear in Facebook and other social networking sites. WHO: All users of email WHAT: The FBI warns computer users to exercise caution when they receive e-mails that purport to show photos or videos of Usama bin Laden's recent death. This content could be a virus that could damage your computer. WHEN: Suspect emails began appearing on 3 MAY 11. WHERE: All of cyberspace. None are known to have appeared in the WI email system. WHY: Computer and network attackers are attempting to exploit the recent killing of UBL.
